I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Polly Pocket. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
As hard as it is having twins, I am so grateful for the fact that they always have a built in playmate. I am also very happy that, although they are girl / boy twins, they still enjoy playing the same things, at least for now. One of the many things they enjoy playing with together is Polly Pocket. Anna loves playing with her Polly Pocket and Ethan has no qualms with getting right in there and playing with her.
I love that they are consistently introduce new play sets to this this line of toys. The dolls and sets are always so cute and fun for all the kids. Recently I was sent two of the newest Polly Pocket play sets to review: The Polly Pocket Zipline Adventure Pool and Polly Pocket Wall Party Tree House.
I had not told the kids about the Polly Pocket items I was expecting so when the box arrived they were very excited to find out what was in the box. I told them Polly Pocket sets, and they could barely contain themselves! This is part 1 of a two part post series so I am going to share with you some great information on the Polly Pocket Zipline Adventure Pool, however, the Polly Pocket Wall Party Tree House is amazing too so look for that post on July 1st.
This Zipline Adventure is right up Anna’s alley. If there is water involved, then she is all over it, in fact, I think she may grow gills some day! Putting together this play set was super easy, except for this one little extension coming off the vine. To me, the vine appeared to be in the way when Polly would ride down the zipline and then the leaf at the end of the slide appeared to be inhibiting as well. However, once you have the set completely put together, you can see how it all works together.
It is so cute how this whole thing works when all set up! For instance, as Polly is coming down the zipline there is a lever that tips that little blue dish over toward the pool. So when there is water in the dish it dumps out into the pool below as Polly zips into the pool.
As I mentioned, Anna enjoys playing with water all year long which can get quite messy during the winter time since it is way too cold to play outside. Since this set is so portable, I was able to bring outside and let the kids play with it on the patio. Out there, they could be as wet and messy as they wanted to without me having to clean anything up.
I highly recommend this Polly Pocket Zipline Adventure Pool for your child, friends birthday present, or granddaughter! Below is a safe and super easy site to purchase from, it is the new Amazon Social Store! It allows you to make purchases without ever leaving the site. How cool is that?!
Stay tuned for my next review on the Polly Pocket Wall Party Tree House – it is crazy fun too!!Powered by Sidelines
