Make Your Own Envelopes, Treat Boxes, And Favors

Oh, the things you can do with the Envelope Punch Board. You can make your own envelopes, you can create treat boxes of all different shapes and sizes, you can even make your own party favors – for any type of party!

This may not look like much, but you would be surprised at the variety of things you can create with this little do-jiggy! This past Valentine’s Day I created adorable little treat boxes for the kids to bring to school for their classmates. I admit, this does take a lot of time. However, I have so much fun with it, plus the kids really enjoy bringing them for their friends.

Make Your Own Envelopes

Above is a St. Patrick’s Day card I made with a matching envelope. The envelope and liner were made using the Envelope Bunch Board from Stampin’ Up. There is so much versatility and flexibility when it comes to creating your own things.

Here is another card with matching envelope I created as an All Occasion card. The stamp set I used to create the words “Just For You”, including the background behind the words is called “Work of Art.” This is a great stamp set!

Make Your Own Card Holders

Next month, April, our school band that Megan participates in is having a spaghetti dinner – that includes a raffle. I am donating two sets of 10 cards with matching envelopes. I made this card box to hold each set of cards and envelopes.

This card holder is created for your standard A2 cards, sized 4 1/2 ” x 5 1/2″. The dimensions of the card holder are 4 5/8″ x 6 3/5″ x 1/2 inch in depth. This particular box will comfortable fit five cards with envelopes. For the raffle, I will be making a card box that has a 1″ depth to fit all ten cards comfortably with envelopes. 🙂

Make Your Own Treat Boxes

I love this little treat box! It’s perfect as a little take away for a birthday party. You can easily fit a few little goodies in this box for your child’s guests! Using different paper and decorating with different stamps and embellishments, this box can be made into a party favor for a baby shower too.

Make Your Own Party Favors

Lastly, there is this party favor I created. I had wedding favor in mind when I created this little bag and decorated it. I used a technique called reverse embossing on the paper to create the look and color. The paper I used, from Stampin’ Up, is called Irresistibly Yours specialty designer series paper through their Sale-A-Bration catalog. It is a white paper with a glossy white pattern. This makes it perfect for coloring using a variety of techniques—coloring reveals the pattern.

As you can see from the side view, there is plenty of room to hold whatever party favors you choose to include in this little bag.

All of the projects above were made using the Stampin’ Up Envelope Punch Board. I also used all their products for the paper, ink, embellishments, and tools. Please contact me if you are interested in any particular product I used!

Many of the papers I used were gotten for free with the current Sale-A-Bration event. This event ends on March 31st. If there are some products you would like to earn for free, you can read all about it here or message me directly.

Have a great day and happy stamping!
