Mojo Monday Card 473 Card Sketch

Are you looking for layout ideas for your cards? Here is a versatile layout that works for any occasion. I had created this card for last weeks (Mon., November 7) Mojo Monday Card 473, but missed the deadline to post the card on their website. I admit it was due to the fact that I had not completed this post for the link!

I am trying to build my stash of holiday cards; they are coming up fast and furious. I’m also trying to create extra cards and tags to add to my Etsy store.

Mojo Monday Card 473 Card Sketch

This weeks Mojo Monday sketch was created by the fabulous Julee Tilman, creator of Mojo Monday.

This week I used a couple of items being sold in our Holiday Catalog. The stamp set is Jar of Cheer, and the Designer Series Paper (DSP) is Warmth & Cheer. Each are available through January 3, 2017. Would you like to receive a Holiday Catalog? Message me below and I will contact you for an address!

For the “snow”, I used Soft Sky Ink on a stamp that came in the Jar of Cheer Stamp Set.

Since Stampin’ Up! retired the Envelope Liners, I have been trying to incorporate other ways to coordinate my envelopes to the card. For this card I used a piece of matching DSP, attached it to the flap of the envelope, and then used my paper snips to shape it to the flap.

I used Wink of Stella on the ball of the hat. This is my attempt and trying to get an image up close enough so you can see the sparkle. If you click on the image, you should be able to enlarge it to see more detail.
