A Unique Shopping Experience On Ubokia
Watch out Craigslist and eBay, there is a new guy in town – and his name is Ubokia! Ubokia is a new up and coming Social Commerce website that is kind of, sort of Craigslist and eBay…but not. That makes no sense, right? What it does is lets you have a unique shopping experience by allowing you to connect with buyers and sellers of the same mind.
How Does Ubokia Work?
Just how does Ubokia work? It is pretty darn easy actually. You go to the Ubokia website you create an account and then you start searching the website. Let’s say you want to buy something specific, children’s books, I can put that in as the search term and then I can customize the search as to how far I want to travel to get these books.
Now if I was searching Ariel DVD, but there weren’t any available. At this point I can post that to my wants with specific details on what I am willing to spend, the condition of the item, and the distance I am willing to travel or pay for shipping. This way you can let the sellers come to you directly. It is definitely a more proactive way to shop.
If you are interested in selling something, the nice thing is that you can start by searching the Wants. If someone happens to be looking for what you are selling, then you can connect with that buyer. This is a great way to start off your selling experience, allowing you to connect to buyers instantly.
Another unique feature to Ubokia are uGroups. You can create your own uGroup and invite people to join it. This would be great for your neighborhood for instance. You could have your own unique private group that can buy and sell things amongst each other.
When you are doing a search, if you click on advanced options, you can select specific categories such as: vacation rentals, tickets & gift cards, real estate, etc. There are a lot of great ways to shop and sell on Ubokia safely. Since all buyers and sellers have to be approved through a uTrust verification system.
You can check out Ubokia my clicking on Ubokia Marketplace in navigation bar and start doing your own explorations. I would love to hear your thoughts on it!
