Kids Lunch Bag Containers

My daughter brings a lunch to school every day, not only am I constantly looking for new and interesting things to pack in lunch, but I am always looking for better kids lunch bag containers.  She uses a lunch back that is made out of neoprene, which I love since it can be thrown in the washing machine at any point.  I also pack all of her food in reusable sandwich bags, since I like to be as environmentally conscious as possible.  I hate all the plastic bag waste, so I avoid it at all cost.

Recently I was given the opportunity to review the new Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit.  This is a modular sandwich kit that locks together in a few different configurations.  Here are some great facts about this sandwich kit, it is BPA-Free (yay), microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and freezer-safe. It is great for saving space, oh, did I tell you the lock together?!  I think I did but it deserves be be said again.  It is so nice to be able to put them in my daughters lunch bag without them falling all over the place!  The lids are secure, but easy enough to take off.  Plus it includes a Blue ice pack that snaps in as well, keeping everything cold.

LunchBlox snaps together

Pieces snap together

Even holding the containers upside down filled with lunch food, with the Blue ice pack frozen will not pull these pieces together.

Locked together

They are locked together, strong enough to hold upside down!

The Sandwich Kit includes a sandwich container sized for regular and specialty breads, two snack containers (perfect for yogurt or nuts) and a snack container (perfect for fruits, vegetables and chips).  All are perfectly proportioned for your lunch.

I would definitely recommend the Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit for you and/or your children.  I love how compact it is, how it fits together, and keeps everything at the perfect temperature!  I also really appreciate the fact that it is a BPA free product.
