Vistaprint, For All Your Needs

I really like Vistaprint, not only do they have anything you would need for a business but they are also wonderful to work with.  Recently a customer of mine who I am designing a website for had hired someone to do logo for her restaurant.  She was provided the logo, but was not given one with a transparent background.  He told her she would be charged additionally for that, which personally I thought was crazy.  It should have been included with what she had already purchased since it was obvious she would need the logo for printed material and business cards.

I agreed to make the background transparent for her for a very nominal fee.  She then went through Vistaprint for printing the business cards.  She ended up on the phone with them for some help and she told me she spoke to them for at least an hour.  They were extremely helpful, generous with their time and really seemed to go the extra mile for her.  I wasn’t even aware you could call them, LOL!  I thought everything was done on-line.

I have had business cards printed through Vistaprint in the past and have been very happy with them, but my customers experience with them makes me appreciate them all the more.
