Shopping and Saving Money
This past week we did a lot of school shopping for Megan and had a lot of fun shopping and saving money. It is a good feeling when you come home with a lot of things but did not spend a whole lot of money. There are some staple stores that we go to traditional for Megan to get her clothes, stores such as Kohls, Children’s Place, and Justice. All three of these stores offers great savings, so the final price tends to be a fraction of the sticker price.
In some of the stores we were able to get some school appropriate summer clothes that were marked down 70 – 80%. I love when we can catch end of season sales, and are fortunate enough to make some great finds. If you catch those sales at the wrong time, they always seem to be sold out of the exact size you need!
Save Money With Online Coupons
I love to save money with online coupons. There are some really great coupons to found online for back to school electronics, such as iPads and computers. In fact, there are some great promotion codes that can be found at couponsnapshot.com for deals on a variety of electronics. If you happen to be a college student who will be living off campus in an apartment, you may be able to take advantage of the great deals at Newegg on mini refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, and more.
I am glad we are set, for at least a little while, with school shopping. Although Fall will be here for we know it and we will be heading back to the stores to add a few items that are better for cooler weather. It really does never end does it? I suppose I really need to start watching for deals on Fall/Winter clothes, since I’m sure that will be here before I know it!
