Christmas to do list

How are you doing with being ready for Christmas?  I feel like I am drowning!  There seems to be so much going on between work, family, shopping, etc.  What do you have left to do yet?

I have all of my shopping done, but have not even begun to wrap anything.  In fact, a majority of the presents are not even delivered yet.  I ordered just about everything through Amazon and ordered a little late.  Most of the gifts will be arriving tomorrow (Christmas Eve) which is rather scary.  At one point I felt that I had so much time to get everything done and then all of a sudden it is now!

Keeping A Holiday To Do List

What do you do to stay on track with everything that needs to be done yet for Christmas?  Are you keeping a holiday to do list?  Do you write things on a calendar or are you one that keeps it all in your head?  I tend to use a few different methods, mostly I take advantage of Google tasks and then keep the widget on my phone.  However, I think my biggest problem is staying on task.  I keep getting way too distracted with other things I need to get done as well.

Does it seem to you that this year is a bit more chaotic than previous years?  It definitely has seemed that way to me, and actually it has to many people I have spoken to.  I have to admit most people, including myself are busier because of life changes, i.e. going back to work or working more hours.  Has this year seemed more busy to you than previous years?  Do you feel it is due to life changes or some other reason?

Only two more days…we are all in the home stretch.  As much as I love Christmas, I am also ready for it to be over and go back to some normalcy.  :)

Good luck with the rest of your “To Do” list!

Holiday lists are a great idea. I make a master list which contains gifts I am going to make, goodies to cook, the holiday meal to do list, and a cleaning list.

  4. I have always stuck with any list I make out, even if it’s not during the holidays. Helps you to save more money.

  5. I always keep crazy lists during the Holidays!! It’s a must!! :-)
