About MyWell-Being from mywell-being on Vimeo.

According to my assessment, my biggest areas of concern are my financial well-being and my physical well-being.  We frequently only have enough money to pay for the essentials, and rarely have any left of over for the “fun” stuff.  I think the tips on budgeting and some of the other tips in the Money section can help teach us how to stretch our money a bit further.

There is nothing better then having a enough pay check left over then being able to treat the kids to ice cream and not feel guilty about it.  I also love the feeling I have when I walk out of the gym after a great workout.  I am calmer, more confident and just feel good.  The tips in the health section can help with the items I rarely make enough time for: meal planing and exercising.

Join My Well-Being today and see if it can help be more healthy in your overall well-being!
