Beauty And The Beast New Trailer And Images – #BeOurGuest

This is one of those movies I can hardly wait to see. Disney just released a Beauty And The Beast new trailer and more images for their upcoming live-action adaptation of the studio’s animated classic! The film, which brings the story and characters audiences know and love to life in a stunning, cinematic event. Belle has always been one of my favorite Disney Princess’s, and I’ve always loved this story.

This adaptation is directed by Bill Condon. It features an extraordinary ensemble cast which includes Emma Watson (Belle), Dan Stevens (the Beast), Luke Evans (Gaston), Kevin Kline (Maurice), Josh Gad (Lefou), Ewan McGregor (Lumiere), Stanley Tucci (Maestro Cadenza), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Plumette), Audra McDonald (Madame Garderobe), Ian McKellen (Cogsworth) and Emma Thompson (Mrs. Potts).

From images I have seen, the beast does look quit beastly. Go figure. However, Belle learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realizes the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within. Can I hear an Awwwww? Actor Dan Stevens, who portrays The Beast, does a remarkable job.

Their dance is one of my favorite scenes. The grandeur of the ballroom in this live-adaptation is magnificent.

Ian McKellen will be the voice of Beasts’ loyal servant, Cogsworth (the mantel clock).

Ewan McGregor is the voice of the kind-hearted, charismatic, yet rebellious servant Lumiere, the candelabra.

For this new film, composer Alan Menken who won two Academy Awards for the 1991 animated film, will once again be providing the score. However, it will include new recordings of the original songs written by Menken and Howard Ashman, as well as several new songs written by Menken and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice.
