  • 4 1 1/2 inch thick boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 T cooking sherry

  2. Cover and refrigerate the other 1/2 marinade.
  3. When ready to grill, turn grill on high for 15 minutes to warm up.
  4. Place foil your grill.
  5. Drain pork chops, set on foil on the grill and turn the fire down to medium.
  6. Cook for 16 – 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145.
  7. Warm reserved marinade and serve with cooked pork chops.
Notes

If you are in a pinch and do not have time to marinade overnight you may grill the pork chops in the marinade.
Make the marinade according to instructions above.
Tear off 4 sheets of foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place one pork chop in each sheet of foil.
Fold the foil up so it makes a little bowl around the pork chop.
Divide the marinade in 1/2, covering and setting 1/2 of it aside.
With the other 1/2 of the marinade pour 1/4 – 1/3 cup over each pork chop in the folded foil.
Leave the foil unsealed over the top of the pork chop and cook according to directions.
