Taking Time Out For Mom: Orange Is The New Black Netflix- #StreamTeam

Parenting may be a 24/7 job. However, taking time out for yourself helps keep you strong for your family. This is why Netflix switched gears for June and made the month’s Stream Team topic all about mom. While favorite shows are on hiatus, Netflix is offering a great selection of titles to get you through the summer months. This also includes all-new episodes of one of our favorite Netflix originals — Orange Is the New Black season 2 launched June 6. However, if you have never seen any of this show, you can start watching it from the beginning.

Taking Time Out For Mom

Recently I just finished watching the last season of a show called Luther on Netflix. Oh my goodness, if you like thriller and suspense this is definitely the series for you! This is a series that was created for the BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation). The acting is extremely powerful in this show, and truly has you sitting on the edge of you seat. However, this is one that you do have start watch from Season 1 Episode 1. Each show builds on from the previous. Not to worry though, there are only 5 or 6 episodes per season! There is such amazing depth to the main characters, it really is a very well made series.

I will be honest with you, I have not seen a single episode of Orange is the New Black. I often find in very difficult to find the time to watch adult TV. My kids are young so watching any adult TV during the day is out of the question. Once they go to bed, I am normally trying to get things wrapped up either with work or around the house. I am often fighting to stay awake by the time I am done with all of those things. Now that I have finally finished off the Luther series, I would like to start watching another adult series in the evening every now and then. Orange Is The New Black may be just the series I need to start watching. Getting absorbed in a good series definitely helps me unwind.
